We pride ourselves on the quality of the people we employ.

We feel it is essential that our technicians have the appropriate levels of experience, qualifications, and skills training.

At selection, every technician is a time-served and fully qualified electrician. They are also personable, polite and professional.

Induction and initial training lasts for a minimum of 4 weeks. This is followed by continual ongoing career development.

External ECA training courses are provided where appropriate, alongside specific internal training which can be extensive.

Work procedures for all disciplines ensure that ISO9001 Quality levels are consistently achieved.

ECA membership offers scrutiny, support and training.
